Who handles your booking

The agency

We are Murat Atalay Travel Agency, and we hold TÜRSAB licence No. 11294. TÜRSAB is the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies.

We sell one experience on this website, and only one: the Basic Turkish bath programme in Belek, with a round-trip transfer from hotels in Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent.

How your booking is handled

• You book online and see the full price before you confirm. Nothing is charged online.
• We confirm your booking and your pickup time with you after you book, before your hamam day.
• Your transfer collects you from your hotel and takes you to the hamam that serves your hotel area, then brings you back.
• You pay at the hamam on the day. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before.

What we will not do

We do not publish reviews we have not received, ratings we have not earned, a pickup time we cannot keep, or a price we have not agreed. If a question has no firm answer yet, we say so.
