Kese is the traditional Turkish bath scrub: an attendant works a textured mitt over your skin in long, firm strokes, usually after you have warmed up in the heat and steam. It is included in the Basic programme.

A cloth is dipped in soapy water and billowed into a thick cloud of foam, which is then spread over you and worked in with the hands. It follows the kese scrub and is included in the Basic programme.

Allow about 2.5 to 3 hours from pickup at your hotel to your return. The exact timing depends on your hotel, the route and the hamam's schedule that day.

No. Nothing is charged online and no card details are asked for. You pay at the hamam on the day.

Yes. We collect from hotels along Belek's six pickup strips — İskele, Acısu, Taşlıburun, Üçkumtepesi, İleribaşı and Denizyaka — and the transfer is included in the price.

Yes. Kadriye is one of our three pickup areas, and the round-trip transfer from your Kadriye hotel is included in the price.

Yes. Boğazkent is one of our three pickup areas, and the round-trip transfer from your Boğazkent hotel is included in the price.

No. Serik is not one of our pickup areas. We collect from hotels in Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent only. If you are staying elsewhere, message us before booking.

Swimwear, comfortable clothes, comfortable footwear or flip-flops, your own toiletries if you prefer them, and water. What each hamam provides can differ, so if something matters to you, ask us before your day.

Swimwear, worn under your clothes and kept on throughout — guests are not naked in the hamam. Light, practical clothes are easiest before and afterwards.

Yes, you can request one. Tell us when you book — there is a notes field in the form — and we pass the request to the hamam.

Yes, with a parent, subject to the rules of the hamam serving your area. Children aged 4–10 pay €12.50 and under-4s are free. The massage stages are designed for adults, so tell us your children's ages when you book.

No. Skip the hamam if you are pregnant, have a heart or circulatory condition, or cope badly with heat and humidity. High or low blood pressure, a skin condition, a recent operation or injury — or any other medical condition — means a word with your doctor first, and a word with the hamam before your session. On the day, keep your meal light and leave alcohol until afterwards.
