Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your hamam day. Because nothing is charged online, there is nothing to refund: a cancellation is simply a message to us.
How to cancel or change your date
- Message us on WhatsApp or call +90 536 603 75 84.
- Give the name on the booking, the date and your hotel — or your booking reference if you have it.
- To change the date, tell us the new date you would like and we confirm it with you.
If plans change at short notice
If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before, please still tell us as soon as you can, so that your transfer is not sent for you.
If we have to cancel
If we have to change or cancel your booking, we contact you as early as we can. As nothing is paid in advance, it costs you nothing.
