Who is responsible
Murat Atalay Travel Agency (TÜRSAB licence No. 11294) is responsible for the personal data collected on belekhamam.com. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +90 536 603 75 84.
What we collect when you book
- Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
- Your hotel, its area and, if you give it, your room number
- The date, the number of guests by age group and your programme
- Your preferred language and anything you write in the notes field
The contact form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, an optional date and your message.
Why we use it
To confirm your booking, to arrange your pickup and return, to tell the hamam serving your area who is coming, and to contact you about your booking. If you give an email address, we use it for messages about your booking. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Our booking team, and the hamam and transfer staff who need it to carry out your booking — for example, your name, your hotel and your pickup time. Your booking is stored in our booking system, which is run on servers we rent for that purpose.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with our own, first-party statistics. No cookie is set. The only thing stored in your browser is a temporary token in session storage, which disappears when you close the tab. We record the pages viewed, time on page, how far a page was scrolled and clicks on buttons such as "Book" or WhatsApp. Your IP address is not stored: our server keeps only a one-way code derived from it and a rough location such as the country. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the statistics do not run at all.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for as long as we need it to handle your booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data protection law. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at +90 536 603 75 84.
