How the pickup works

You are collected from your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle, taken to the hamam and brought back to your hotel once the programme is over. The journey both ways is included for every guest on the booking — children under 4 travel free, as they bathe free.

The exact pickup point at your hotel is confirmed with you together with your pickup time, after you book.

Why pickup times differ from hotel to hotel

There is no single pickup time for the whole of Belek. Your time depends on your hotel, where it sits on the coast, the route the transfer takes, the hamam's schedule and the day's plan — which is why we confirm it with you after booking rather than print one here.

Your pickup time is also not the hamam's start time: it is the time the transfer reaches your hotel. From pickup to return, allow about 2.5 to 3 hours.

Which hamam you are taken to

Your hamam is selected according to your hotel and transfer area, so guests from different hotels may be taken to different hamams. What you book stays the same wherever you go: the Basic programme — sauna, steam room, kese, foam and a basic aromatic oil massage of about 20 minutes — at the same price.

Our three pickup areas

• Kadriye — hotels in Kadriye, west of Belek.
• Belek — hotels along Belek's six pickup strips: İskele, Acısu, Taşlıburun, Üçkumtepesi, İleribaşı and Denizyaka.
• Boğazkent — hotels in Boğazkent, east of Belek.

We do not collect from Serik, or from anywhere outside these three areas.

The list below is our pickup list, and it is a convenience rather than a limit. If your hotel is in Belek, Kadriye or Boğazkent, type its full name in the booking form and choose its area, and we confirm the pickup with you after booking.
