These terms apply to every booking made on belekhamam.com. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, message us before you book.

Who you book with
Bookings on this website are handled by Murat Atalay Travel Agency, a TÜRSAB licensed travel agency (licence No. 11294). "We" and "us" in these terms means Murat Atalay Travel Agency. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +90 536 603 75 84.
What you book
You book the Basic Turkish bath programme with a round-trip hotel transfer: pickup from your hotel, sauna, steam room, the kese scrub, the foam treatment, a basic aromatic oil massage of about 20 minutes, and the return to your hotel.
Your hamam is selected according to your hotel and transfer area. The exact order and timing of the programme can vary slightly from one hamam to another. Anything not listed as included — such as longer or premium massages and other treatments, drinks, photos or tips — is not part of the booking.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and are shown per person by age: adults (11 and over), children (4–10) and children under 4, who are free. The total for your booking is shown before you confirm.
Nothing is charged online and no card details are asked for. You pay at the hamam on the day. When you confirm, our booking system calculates your total from the current prices and shows it to you with your confirmation.
Confirmation and pickup
After you book, we confirm the booking and your pickup time with you, before your hamam day. Please make sure the phone number you give is one we can reach.
Your pickup time depends on your hotel, its location, the route, the hamam's schedule and the day's logistics. It is the time the transfer reaches your hotel — not the time the hamam starts. Please be ready at the confirmed pickup point at the confirmed time.
Cancellation and changes
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your hamam day. As nothing is paid in advance, cancelling is simply a matter of telling us — see the cancellation policy for how.
If we have to change or cancel a booking, we contact you as early as we can. Because nothing is paid in advance, a cancellation on our side costs you nothing.
Health and suitability
A hamam means sustained heat and humidity. It is not advised during pregnancy or for anyone with a heart or circulatory condition or who does not tolerate heat and humidity well. If you have high or low blood pressure, a skin condition, a recent operation or injury, or any other medical condition, consult your doctor before booking and inform the hamam before your session. Tell us about any allergy before the oil massage, keep your meal light beforehand and avoid alcohol before the hamam.
Children
Children come with a parent or guardian on the same booking, subject to the rules of the hamam serving your area. The massage stages are designed for adults; please give your children's ages when you book.
At the hamam
Swimwear is worn throughout. Please follow the instructions of the hamam's staff. A same-gender attendant can be requested when you book; we pass the request on to the hamam.
