What the fare buys
The Basic programme is one set of hamam stages with the journey built in. There is no separate ride to pay for, and you never have to find the way yourself.
Your hotel pickup is included from Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent, and so is the drive back afterwards. The hamam is matched to where you are staying, by hotel and transfer area, so two families at two different hotels will not necessarily share one. The Basic programme itself does not change from one to the next.

The price, and what sits outside it
The fare depends on age. Every fare includes the return transfer, so the journey is never charged on its own.
Nothing is charged online, and the form does not ask for card details. The total appears on the last screen before anything is confirmed, and you settle it at the hamam itself when the day comes. Calling it off is free as long as there are still 24 hours or more to go before your hamam day.
A handful of things are not covered, and you should know them before you go rather than learn them there: drinks and refreshments, photographs or video, tips and your own spending money, and extra treatments such as a mask or a longer or premium massage. Tipping the attendants is customary, but it is entirely your choice.
So, is it worth the money? The fare covers the whole Basic programme and the transport either side of it, which leaves you very little to organise. We cannot compare it with prices elsewhere for you, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What the experience is really like
The day starts when the transfer reaches your hotel. After you book, and before the hamam day, we send you the time at which you will be collected. It is fixed hotel by hotel, so friends staying somewhere else may be collected at a different time, and it is the moment your ride turns up, not when the session starts.
The warmth comes first as a rule: dry in the sauna, moist in the steam room. An attendant then gives you the kese, working over you with the mitt. The foam wash and foam massage follow, and approximately 20 minutes of basic aromatic oil massage round off the treatments. After that you have a while to rest before the drive back.
Swimwear stays on the whole time, and you are never naked. The order and the pace can differ between hamams, and a busy session runs differently from a quiet one.
From pickup to return, allow about 2.5–3 hours. That takes a good part of a holiday day, so give it a slot of its own rather than squeezing it between other plans.
Who it suits
It suits guests who are curious about a Turkish bath but would rather not arrange it themselves. The stages follow a planned sequence, attendants do the hands-on work, and the massage is already in the price, so there are no options to weigh up when you book.
For a first visit, that helps: a planned sequence is simpler to follow than a menu of treatments. Friends or family can share one booking, up to 20 guests online, and bigger groups can reach us on WhatsApp.
Families are welcome too. A child of 4–10 is charged half the adult fare, €12.50, and those under 4 go free. Children come along with a parent, and the rules of the hamam serving your hotel area apply to them. The massage stages are meant for adults. Let us know each child's age as you book.
Who should skip it
In three cases we advise against booking: pregnancy, a heart or circulatory condition, and sensitivity to heat or humidity.
Some guests should get a doctor's opinion before going: anyone who has had an operation or an injury lately, has a skin condition, has high or low blood pressure, or lives with some other medical condition. If that is you, let the hamam know too, before the session. On the day, eat something light and avoid alcohol before the hamam.
Give it a miss, too, if you mainly want a long or premium massage. The Basic programme contains a single massage, approximately 20 minutes of basic aromatic oil massage, as one stage out of several. Anything longer or premium sits outside the Basic price, and this website does not book it. If it matters, put the question to us on WhatsApp first.
It may also not be for you if you need to go today or want to choose the building. Online bookings start from tomorrow, Türkiye time; a same-day request can only come to us on WhatsApp, and we cannot promise it. The hamam is chosen by your hotel's transfer area, so we name no venue, and the one you visit may look different from our photographs. Guests whose hotel lies beyond Belek, Kadriye and Boğazkent should write to us before booking.
How to book, if it sounds right
If the answer is yes, book the Belek Turkish bath online. Choose a date, look up your hotel, enter everyone by age band, and give a name plus a phone or WhatsApp number. Before you confirm, the last screen sets out the date, the pickup area, each fare and the total, plus the inclusions, the extras, the health advice and the cancellation rules.
Use the notes field for anything we should pass on: an allergy we need to know about before the oil massage, your children's ages, or a wish for a same-gender attendant, which we forward to the hamam as a request rather than a guarantee.

Is the Basic programme a sensible choice for a first hamam?
It is a simple place to start. The stages follow a planned sequence, attendants do the hands-on part, and the transfer is arranged for you. Tell us about any allergy when you book, and anyone with a medical condition should ask their doctor before going.
Is the included massage enough if a massage is my main reason to go?
Probably not. The Basic programme has one basic aromatic oil massage of approximately 20 minutes, alongside the heat, the kese and the foam. The site does not sell longer or premium massages, and the Basic price does not include them; WhatsApp is the place for questions about them.
Can I see the full cost before I commit?
Yes. The form adds up each fare and puts the total on the final screen, before you confirm anything. No money changes hands then; you settle the fare at the hamam on your day, and cancelling costs you nothing if you do it 24 hours or more before your hamam day.
