What the Basic programme is
The Basic programme is a Turkish bath taken in stages, with the round trip from your hotel built into the fare. It is the one experience sold on this website.
The session normally opens with heat, in the sauna and steam room. Next, an attendant works over your whole body with a kese mitt, and after the scrub comes the foam wash with its foam massage. The basic aromatic oil massage follows, lasting about 20 minutes, and a pause to rest closes the session.
Around the hamam sits the transfer: hotel pickup, the drive there in an air-conditioned vehicle and the return to your hotel, all at no extra cost. Before booking, check what the Basic programme includes, and note just as carefully what it does not.
Not covered by the fare: drinks and refreshments, a longer or premium massage or another extra such as a mask, photos or video, and tips or personal spending.
How the day runs
The day starts at your hotel rather than at the hamam door. After you book, and before the day itself, we confirm with you the time the transfer will collect you. Each hotel gets its own time, and yours is the moment the transfer arrives, not the moment the session starts.
Which hamam you visit depends on where you are staying: we choose it by your hotel and the transfer area that hotel falls in. Guests at two different hotels may be taken to two different hamams, so this guide describes the programme rather than a building. The Basic programme itself is the same wherever you go.
After arrival and check-in, the stages follow in their usual order: heat, kese, foam, oil massage, rest. Hamams vary a little in order and pace, and a busy session may run differently from a quiet one. Then you are driven back to your hotel.
Set aside about 2.5–3 hours for the whole outing, counted from pickup until you are back. We do not quote a separate time for the journey or for the hamam itself.
Price and payment
The fare depends on age, and each fare already covers the transfer in both directions.
Booking online costs nothing at that point: no charge is taken and no card details are requested. Every figure, down to the total, is laid out for you to check before confirming, and payment waits until you reach the hamam on the day.
Should your plans shift, cancellation is free until 24 hours before the hamam day. Nothing has been paid, so a message to us is enough.
The fare buys the Basic programme and nothing more. A longer or premium massage falls outside the Basic fare, and there is no way to add one through this website; to ask about it, message us on WhatsApp before the day.

Who it suits, and who should check first
For a first visit to a hamam, the Basic programme keeps decisions to a minimum: the stages are set, the massage is part of the fare and the transfer is arranged for you. One online booking can cover up to 20 guests.
Children are welcome when a parent comes too, and the house rules of whichever hamam serves your area apply to them. Those aged 4 to 10 pay the child fare, and younger children go free. The massage stages are designed with adults in mind. When you book, add the age of every child in your party.
We do not recommend the hamam if you are pregnant, if you have a heart or circulation problem, or if you find heat or humidity hard to tolerate.
Any other medical condition calls for a doctor's advice first. That includes low or high blood pressure, a skin problem, and a recent injury or surgery. Mention it to the hamam, too, before the session begins.
What to wear and what to bring
Swimwear stays on for every stage and nobody is naked in the hamam, so the easiest plan is to wear it under your clothes from the hotel. Comfortable clothes suit the journey there and back.
What is provided varies between hamams, which is why we make no promise of towels or a place for your belongings. Ask us in advance if either is important to you.
Keep your meal before the session light, and do not drink alcohol beforehand. Any allergy should be passed to us before the oil massage.

How to book
To book the Belek Turkish bath online, pick your date, find your hotel and add your guests by age band, then give your full name and a phone or WhatsApp number. A room number, an email address and notes are optional. Use the notes for your children's ages, an allergy or a same-gender attendant request; we forward requests to the hamam.
Online booking opens from tomorrow, Türkiye time, so today's date is not available here; if you hope to go today, ask on WhatsApp, though we cannot promise it can be arranged. Before you commit, the final screen lists your date, hotel, pickup area, the fare for each age band, the total, what is and is not included, the health notes and the terms for cancelling.
Is your hotel missing from the list? Provided it lies in Belek, Kadriye or Boğazkent, write the hotel's name in full and pick the area, and we will confirm the booking and the pickup with you before your hamam day.

Does the fare change with the area my hotel is in?
No. The adult fare and the child fare stay the same whether you are collected in Belek, Kadriye or Boğazkent, and the transfer in both directions is included wherever you are.
What is not included in the price?

What happens after I book?
We contact you before the hamam day to confirm the booking and to tell you when to be ready for the transfer. On the day, put your swimwear on beneath your clothes before you leave the room, and pay at the hamam.
