Which day of your Belek holiday suits a Turkish bath?

The size of the outing

Working out when to have a Turkish bath on holiday starts with the size of the outing. Count on about 2.5–3 hours from the moment the transfer calls at your hotel to the moment it returns you there. We do not split that figure into travel and time at the hamam, because the split shifts with your hotel, the route and how busy the session is.

That block begins with your pickup. We send you its time after the booking is made and before the day itself. It is worked out hotel by hotel, from each one's position on the route, the hamam's timetable and the plan for that day, so a guest at the hotel next door may be given another time. The time you receive is when the vehicle arrives for you, not when the hamam begins.

Until you have it, you know how long the outing lasts but not when it starts. So choose a day that can take the whole block with room to spare on either side, not one wedged between fixed plans.

Early in your stay

The first possible date depends on when you book. The form never accepts today: online dates begin tomorrow, counted in Türkiye time. Book on the day you land, and the day after is the earliest you can choose.

Booking before you travel opens up the first days of your stay as well. Even so, we would keep your arrival day free, since it already holds a flight and the journey to your hotel.

An early date also leaves spare days behind it. If something comes up, you may cancel at no cost until 24 hours before the booked day, then choose a later one.

Whichever day you settle on, eat only lightly before you set off, and do not drink alcohol beforehand. Both slip the mind easily in the first days of a holiday.

New to the hamam? Before fixing a date, look at what the Basic programme includes. It runs from the sauna and steam room through the kese and the foam wash to a basic aromatic oil massage, about 20 minutes long, and ends with a pause to rest before the ride back. Each hamam may order things a little differently, and a busy session moves at its own speed.

When it rains

From the sauna to the oil massage, every treatment happens under the hamam's roof. Your transfer picks you up from the hotel and drops you back there, so a wet day is a sensible one to spend on it.

Rain does not change the booking rule, though. Online dates begin tomorrow, so you cannot book a day that is already wet. If rain is forecast, book that day while it is still ahead of you.

Should the sky clear after all, you can still cancel without charge while more than 24 hours remain before your hamam day.

Between busier days

An empty day tucked between two fuller ones makes an easy slot for the hamam.

The reason is the pickup. You only learn its time after booking, so a second outing with a fixed start on the same day could collide with it. With the rest of the day left open, there is nothing to rearrange.

A clear day matters even more with several people. A single online booking takes up to 20 guests, so a family or friends at the same hotel can go on one booking; for a bigger party, message us on WhatsApp.

Check the health notes before any date is fixed. The hamam is not recommended in pregnancy, with a heart or circulation condition, or if heat or humidity does not suit you. Anyone whose blood pressure tends to be too high or too low, who has a condition of the skin, who has had surgery or been hurt recently, or who has any other medical condition should ask a doctor first and make sure the hamam hears of it before the session starts.

The last days, and the day you fly

If you want the hamam to close your holiday, the day before departure is the easier choice, because there is no flight to fit around it.

The departure day itself takes more care. Set aside about 2.5–3 hours from pickup to return, and then a generous margin before your airport transfer. Bear in mind that you will not know your pickup time when you book: it follows later and depends on your hotel.

If you are weighing up that day, mention it when you book. Write your flight details in the notes field, so we have them in front of us when we confirm your pickup. We cannot give a time in advance, and we cannot promise that a pickup will fit before a flight.

If the margin looks thin, choose an earlier day. Nothing is paid in advance, and cancelling or changing the date costs nothing up to 24 hours before the day.

Booking the day you have chosen

Once you have a date, book the Belek Turkish bath with the online form. You pick the day and your hotel, enter each guest in the right age band, and leave your name with a number we can reach by phone or WhatsApp. A review step sets out the total before you confirm. The form takes no money: payment is made at the hamam, not in advance.

The hotel pickup and the journey back are included in the fare wherever you stay in Belek, Kadriye or Boğazkent. Your hotel and the transfer area around it determine the hamam you visit, so two guests from different hotels may not end up in the same place; the programme is identical either way.

Adults pay €25 each. Children aged 4–10 pay €12.50, and those under 4 go free.

Give the children's ages, and if you would like your attendant to be the same gender as you, write that there as well: we pass the wish to the hamam as a request, not a guarantee.
