Seven questions for any hamam offer
A Turkish bath is easy to book and harder to compare. The detail that matters is what the fare covers, where the transfer collects from and how much you are told before you commit. A name or a photograph settles none of that.
So this page offers criteria rather than a ranking. We do not score other hamams, and we do not comment on their prices. We take each question in turn and answer it for our own booking: the Basic programme, with transfer to and from your hotel. Where our answer is a limit rather than a feature, we say that too.

Is the full price shown before you book?
A price is only useful if you can read all of it before you agree to anything. Look for a fare per person, a clear rule for children, and a figure that is the total rather than a starting point.
Here, the fare follows age. Anyone aged 11 or over pays €25, a child of 4–10 pays €12.50, and a child younger than 4 pays nothing. Both legs of the transfer sit inside each fare, so nothing is added for travel.
The booking form works out the total from the ages you enter, and its review screen shows that figure before you confirm. No card is asked for and no deposit is taken. You pay at the hamam itself, on your hamam day.
What is included, and what costs extra?
Two offers can carry similar fares and hold quite different programmes. Ask for the stages in writing, and ask for the extras just as plainly. The scrub and the foam deserve a direct question, because they are the part of a hamam that a sauna on its own does not give you.
Ask about the massage, too: whether one is in the price, what kind it is and roughly how long it lasts.
The list of what the Basic programme includes is published in full, with the exclusions set beside it. In short, the fare covers:
- Pickup at your hotel and the drive back, in an air-conditioned vehicle
- Sauna and steam room
- Kese: a scrub over the whole body, worked with the kese mitt
- The foam wash and foam massage
- A basic aromatic oil massage lasting roughly 20 minutes
- Time to rest before you are driven back
Not in the fare: drinks and refreshments, the photo and video service, tips and personal expenses, and any longer or premium massage or further treatment such as a mask. Those massages cannot be booked on this website; if you have a question about them, send it to us on WhatsApp. Towels and similar facilities depend on the hamam, so they stay off the list and we do not promise them.
Is the transfer included, and how is pickup timed?
A hamam outside your hotel is only as easy as the journey to it. Ask whether the transfer is in the price, whether it brings you back as well, and which areas it collects from.
Our hotel pickup covers three areas of the Belek coast: Belek itself, Kadriye in the western part and Boğazkent in the eastern part. The ride out and the ride back belong to every fare. If your hotel lies outside those three areas, the form will not price it; message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry instead.
One limit to know: you do not choose the building. Which hamam you visit follows from your hotel and its transfer area, so guests from two hotels may be taken to two different places. The Basic programme you book stays the same in each. That is why we describe stages rather than a venue, and why our photographs may not show the hamam you visit.
Then ask how the pickup time is fixed. One time for every hotel cannot suit hotels in different parts of the coast, and a time quoted as the hamam's start leaves you guessing when to be in the lobby. Here, the time is set for your own hotel. Where the hotel sits, which way the transfer runs and how the hamam's day is planned all play a part. We confirm it with you once you have booked, ahead of your hamam day. It marks when the vehicle calls for you, not when the session begins.
Door to door, set aside about 2.5–3 hours. That is the only figure we give; we do not divide it into time on the road and time inside the hamam.
What are the cancellation terms, and who handles the booking?
Holiday plans shift, so learn the cancellation rule before you book: the cut-off, the cost, and how you let someone know.
For this booking, you can cancel at no charge until 24 hours before your hamam day. Nothing has been paid by then, so there is no refund to wait for; a WhatsApp message or a phone call to us is enough.
Then ask who stands behind the offer. A named business with a licence number tells you exactly who you are dealing with.
Here, every booking is handled by Murat Atalay Travel Agency, a travel agency with TÜRSAB licence No. 11294. We print that line near the top of our pages rather than leaving it to the footer. Once you have booked, the same agency gets back to you to confirm the booking and the time you will be collected.
Is health guidance given before you book?
A Turkish bath means heat, humidity, a full-body scrub and a massage. A careful offer tells you who should stay away while you are still deciding, not when you reach the door.
Ours is set out on the site and repeated on the last booking screen. We advise against the hamam in pregnancy, for anyone with a heart or circulatory condition, and for anyone who copes poorly with heat and humidity. Speak to your doctor before booking if you have high or low blood pressure, any trouble with your skin, a recent operation or injury, or another medical condition, and mention it to the hamam before your session as well. On the day, keep the meal light, save alcohol for afterwards, and make sure we know of any allergy in good time for the oil massage.

What is the quickest way to compare two hamam offers?
Put the same questions to both and set the answers side by side: the full price per person, what that price covers, whether the transfer runs both ways and from your area, how pickup is timed, the cancellation terms, the business taking the booking and the health guidance. A question that goes unanswered is worth noting too.
Should I choose a hamam by its photographs?
Treat them as an illustration rather than a promise. Our photographs were taken in more than one hamam to show the stages of the programme, and the one serving your hotel area may look different. The written terms, meaning the contents, the extras, the transfer and the cancellation rule, are firmer ground for a decision.
Is the lowest price always the one to take?
Not on its own. A fare only means something next to the list of what it covers: the transfer, the scrub and foam, the massage, and anything left for you to pay on the day. We do not comment on other offers; for this one, the full total appears before you confirm.
